Over 13+ years, Eben has navigated various roles in the automobile and plant-related industry, garnering invaluable technical expertise, supervisory acumen, and managerial finesse.

Eben’s ascent from a Technician Trainee to his current role as Acting Operations Manager at the Kumasi branch of J.A Plant Pool underscores his exceptional journey. Despite his relatively short tenure, his impact has been profound. He has steered his team with mentorship and leadership, instilling a culture of self-belief and autonomy among his colleagues in Accra, resulting in a significant surge in productivity.

As a registered member of the Ghana Institution of Engineering (GhIE) and a certified professional engineer, Eben remains steadfast in upholding engineering standards and practices, with a keen focus on workplace safety and environmental awareness.
